I am working for the business of luxury houses since past 10 years and find that the houses that are more functional came as in definition of "luxury" for the buyers. At the time of buying you just see the house, when you live in it you actually explore it then the meaning to some extent chanced.

Actually this villa is by no means luxurious. We stayed here for 18days in April 2012 and the place was a nightmare. It has all the space they say but a very inadequate solar system which does allow the use of anything electrical I.e ceiling fans, tv, DVD,hairdryer nothing in fact the electricity produced will not even run the fridge which turns off 2 hours after the sun goes in. There is a generator which the owners refuse to buy fuel for so unless you want to pay forget it. The generator itself is also far too small for what's needed as it needs to bring water from the bore hole too the house and run the pool pump. On an occasion after we had been away to a hotel for respite !!! We returned to find no water to the house at all the caretakers were embarrassed but have no control over the finances to run this villa. The swimming is not serviced properly and dirty and the garden is unkept so not nice to sit in. The owners are unreasonable and when we complained we were told to leave and threatened with the police we still had one weeks holiday left. The bedding is disgusting and when we arrived we had all the dirty dishes etc from the previous renters. All the amenities are quite a walk and the beach is a 30 minute walk, the village only have local amenities therefore no real restaurants and only local dry goods in the shops. The nearest town is 30 minutes on the bus. please do not rent this villa there is far better un Gunjur with better customer service
